Here's the view from our balcony at the Killyrudden B&B in Tairua — a beautiful modern home perched on the crest of a dormant volcanic cone.
The landscape here is amazing. Imagine God taking the Great Smokey Mountains, planting them by the sea, mixing in some Polynesian flora and fauna, and lighting it all with the clearest, purest sunlight in the universe … and the product would be about one tenth as beautiful as Tairua.
