Photos can’t possibly do justice to these light, sweet cinnamon rolls frosted with chocolate icing, called sunour.
Clyde chose the version with caramel topping. Tasty, but not my favorite.
Other great foodage today: organic fish and chips from Icelandic Fish and Chips, breaded with spelt and baked (not fried).
But the winner for best meal so far goes to the little noodle shop we visited tonight: Nudluskalin. Bold flavor, fresh tastes, and coconut milk broth made every mouthful a pleasure.
And in a city renowned for high dinner prices, Clyde and I ate two huge bowls for less than eighteen bucks.
