In this video, computer programmer Clinton Curtis testifies that Florida Congressman Tom Feeney asked him to create software capable of rigging the 2004 presidential election. With less than 100 lines of code, machines could be rigged to throw the vote 51-49 in favor of any candidate.

It’s not hard. As Curtis says, “Anyone could do it.”
