"It's not an accident that a great earthquake took place in Chile," Farrakhan, 76, said an hour into his three-hour address. "It (precipitated) what I have to tell you today of what's coming to America. You will not escape."
Two notes:
1) God is not a sloppy God. A god who slaughters hundreds and shatters the infrastructure of *Chile* as a way of sending a warning to *America* would be a pretty sloppy god.
2) Beware any religious leader who declares a natural disaster to be God's commentary on anything. When people position themselves as God's mouthpieces — teachers empowered to tell you what God meant to say — they have gone from working for a Higher Power to merely making a power play.
